AIKO’s All Back Contact technology moves the electrical contacts to the rear of the cell, leaving the front free of the usual contact grid. More of the light-facing surface can contribute to generation, and the module gains the uniform appearance that makes the NEOSTAR range particularly attractive on visible roofs.

The technology also addresses temperature behaviour and partial shading. Those features belong in the yield assessment alongside the building’s orientation and shading pattern; their value emerges over the working year.

NEOSTAR for residential roofs

The NEOSTAR 3S54 mono-glass configuration offers 460–475 W and efficiency up to 23.8%. It gives installers a compact format to assess where roof area and visual finish both influence the buying decision.

Larger formats for commercial rooftops

The NEOSTAR 3P+60 dual-glass range offers 530–550 W in the published configuration. Larger modules can help commercial installations reach the desired capacity with fewer individual units, provided the format works with the roof layout, handling arrangements and mounting design.

High-power modules for larger projects

AIKO’s NEOSTAR 1U+78 dual-glass module extends the range into 655–680 W formats. It gives project buyers another way to evaluate installed capacity, module count and the costs associated with supporting and connecting the array.

Sometimes a better module allows another row’s worth of capacity without another row of structure. On another roof, the benefit may be a neater layout or a stronger offer to a customer who wants the most from limited space. The purchasing premium makes sense when the complete installation supports it.
