Technical & Project Support

Give the decision the information it deserves.

A missing detail can become an expensive assumption. A battery enquiry may leave the controls undefined. An available module may differ from the approved model in a way that matters to the design. An equipment list may be clear about quantity and silent about the accessories needed with it.

We help bring those questions into view while the purchase can still be shaped around the answers.

BMG Solar connects the commercial requirement with product information, manufacturer input and the people responsible for the project's technical decisions. We help define the equipment scope, organise specialist support and carry the agreed decisions through procurement, installation planning and handover.

Make the equipment requirement complete

We work through product schedules and bills of materials with purchasing and project teams, establishing what each line is intended to include. Exact models, quantities, relevant accessories and required documentation become part of the supply discussion.

For storage, that means understanding whether the request concerns batteries, conversion equipment, controls or a wider package. For a replacement, it means establishing the existing equipment and the information needed to assess a suitable route forward.

Questions that appear small in a spreadsheet can determine whether an offer covers what the project actually needs.

Bring the right people into the answer

Your engineers need usable information when assessing a product or a proposed change. We obtain the relevant data sheets, compatibility information and manufacturer responses, and coordinate specialist conversations where further assessment is needed.

The project's design authority decides what is technically acceptable. We make sure the commercial discussion follows that decision, including any effect on price, availability and the equipment supplied with it.

Where a project needs further technical resource, we assemble support for site assessment, system design, installation and commissioning through qualified engineering and delivery partners. The scope can be a single assessment or successive stages of work, with each specialist's responsibility established from the outset.

We also help define what the operating team will need at handover: commissioning records, monitoring access, manufacturer documentation and product training. Agreeing those requirements early gives the people supplying and installing the system time to prepare them.

Build consistency into an installation programme

A growing installation business gains an advantage when useful decisions can be carried from one job to the next.

Across hundreds of homes or a series of commercial sites, we help establish repeatable equipment packages, agree the accessories included and plan replenishment against the installation calendar. Purchasing teams gain a clearer view of demand; crews become familiar with the products they fit and the support available around them.

When a product changes, we revisit the package as a whole. The approved component list, supporting information and next purchase need to reflect the same decision. That discipline lets a business increase its installation volume without multiplying the number of supply questions it has to solve.

Keep the purchasing plan current

Projects evolve. Equipment schedules change, approved alternatives become available and installation phases move. We maintain the agreed supply schedule with your team so the purchasing decisions reflect the current requirement.

When a change is proposed, we work through its effect on the order before it becomes a warehouse instruction. The relevant people can see which model is being purchased, what has been confirmed and which decisions remain open.

Help that continues after supply

If a product question or warranty issue arises, we help assemble the order and equipment information, identify the relevant manufacturer route and coordinate the next conversation. Where an issue needs specialist attention, we help it reach someone equipped to address it.

Knowing how the equipment was selected and supplied gives that work a useful starting point. Your team can build on an existing relationship when it needs an answer.
