Design the energy system as one experience

Solar, storage and electric vehicles are becoming parts of the same purchasing decision. A customer increasingly wants to understand how the building will work as a whole: where electricity comes from, where it goes and what happens when circumstances change.

Sigenergy approaches that decision through integration. Its product architecture brings power conversion, battery storage and energy management into closely connected systems, with charging options and a common digital experience extending the offer.

For installers, this creates a distinctive proposition to put in front of customers who want an organised, coherent energy installation.

Give the customer a system they can recognise

An energy installation can be difficult to explain when its functions are scattered across several boxes and interfaces. Sigenergy’s physical design and connected software give the installer a more unified product to demonstrate.

That changes the sales conversation. The customer can begin with an intelligible picture of the whole installation, then explore the capacity, control and charging choices within it. For a business introducing storage to its offer, a clear demonstration can do more than another page of specifications.

SigenStor

SigenStor is the flagship modular platform. Its five-in-one concept combines a solar inverter, battery power conversion, battery packs and energy management, with an optional EV DC charging module completing the full configuration.

This gives installers a configurable physical system with a unified operating interface. Battery quantity, controller rating, charging equipment and the required backup arrangement can be developed around the customer’s brief.

SigenStor Neo

SigenStor Neo develops the integrated home-storage concept by incorporating a backup module that functions as a simplified gateway. It adds another choice for households starting with solar and storage together.

The distinction matters when assembling an order. Neo and SigenStor have their own architecture and equipment schedules; choosing the platform establishes how the rest of the package comes together.

SigenStack for commercial storage

SigenStack takes modular battery storage into commercial and industrial applications. Its stackable design gives project teams a way to develop the storage arrangement around the site’s capacity and layout requirements.

For a business site, the useful questions are the required power, usable energy, duty cycle and the relationship between solar generation and demand. These establish what the storage system is being purchased to achieve.

The app is part of the product

The mySigen experience gives the user a view into the system and its operation. For an installer, that digital relationship also matters after commissioning, when performance information or a service enquiry needs attention.

A good handover makes the operating choices understandable: what the system is set to do, what the customer can change and where assistance is available. For EV enquiries, the charging function needs to be established against the supported vehicle and equipment configuration.

Put the complete proposition on the order

BMG helps turn the proposed installation into an equipment package with a clear price and supply plan. We source the controllers, battery modules, gateways where required, charging equipment and accessories against the agreed configuration.

For an installer developing a regular Sigenergy offer, we can compare purchasing quantities across several system sizes and plan replenishment around the expected mix. That gives the sales team a practical basis for the package it is presenting and the installation team a precise account of what will arrive.

Warranty and support

Sigenergy’s regional warranty library distinguishes product families and generations. Its published European SigenStor policy gives the listed batteries and controllers 10-year cover and the EV DC charging module three years, with separate battery performance and throughput conditions. Activation and connectivity requirements also form part of the terms.

For equipment supplied by BMG, we assist with purchase information and the manufacturer service enquiry. Retaining the installed configuration and commissioning record helps keep that process clear as the system develops.
