Dyness
Give the energy system room to grow
The first battery installation is often the beginning of a longer relationship with a building. Electricity use changes. A customer adds an EV, increases production or decides that more of the working day should run on stored solar.
Dyness approaches that opportunity through modular storage. Its portfolio gives professional buyers several ways to select capacity, installation format and voltage architecture, from compact residential products to larger commercial systems.
For an installer developing a repeatable storage offer, that breadth makes the brand worth knowing well.
A storage business with several ways in
Founded in 2017, Dyness concentrates on energy storage across residential, commercial and industrial applications. Its portfolio includes low- and high-voltage batteries, larger modular assemblies and integrated cabinets.
That variety creates a useful progression for professional buyers. A domestic installer can develop a familiar battery offer. A business serving workshops, farms or commercial buildings can explore larger assemblies and different degrees of integration. The purchasing question changes with the application: which equipment belongs in the package, and which work remains elsewhere in the project?
Choose the architecture, then the capacity
Tower Pro
Tower Pro is a stackable high-voltage residential family, with published tower configurations from 7.68 to 23.04 kWh of rated energy. It gives installers a defined set of capacity steps within a floor-standing format, with further configurations available through approved parallel arrangements.
PowerBox Pro and DL5.0C
PowerBox Pro offers a 10.24 kWh low-voltage unit with wall- or floor-mounting options. The DL5.0C provides a smaller 5.12 kWh format. These products give buyers different ways to accommodate the battery within the building and the selected inverter architecture.
STACK100 Pro and commercial storage
STACK100 Pro takes stackable battery construction into residential and smaller commercial and industrial applications. Dyness also offers integrated commercial cabinets. A battery assembly leaves more of the wider system to be specified; an integrated cabinet brings more of that equipment into a defined product. Establishing that distinction early makes quotations much easier to compare.
Build the offer around the customer’s working day
Storage for a household and storage for a business can have quite different jobs. Evening consumption, a concentrated production shift or demand outside solar hours will each point towards a different balance of energy capacity, power and control.
For a trade buyer, the opportunity is to develop a small number of well-understood configurations around those needs. Consistent equipment packages can make quotations faster to prepare, training more focused and repeat purchasing easier to organise. Dyness’s inverter matching lists provide a practical starting point for defining those combinations.
Make expansion a planned service
The promise of future capacity is most useful when the first installation leaves a clear route to it. Record the battery generation, module arrangement and inverter, then review the operating data when the customer’s needs change.
Dyness asks customers extending an existing system to confirm the existing and proposed module serial numbers with its service team and obtain authorisation before adding. That creates a worthwhile service conversation: establish what the system now needs, confirm the permitted configuration and price the extension as a complete piece of work.
BMG can support the resulting equipment enquiry, or help develop a repeat supply programme from agreed configurations. We bring quantities, accessories, purchasing terms and delivery into one discussion, including larger commercial packages that sit beyond the online collection.
Warranty and support
Use the Dyness warranty services to register the equipment and locate the terms for its model and market. The product record should travel with the installation, including its battery and inverter references.
For equipment purchased through BMG, we can assist with the supply records and relevant manufacturer support route. Technical investigation begins with the installed configuration and the behaviour observed, giving the service team useful information from the outset.
