About
Better buying creates room to grow.
A purchasing decision can reach much further than the order itself. It can give an installer the confidence to tender for a larger contract, help a distributor put capital back to work, or allow a developer to commit to the next phase of a project.
BMG Solar exists to create that room.
BMG Solar is the trading name of Ambit Spot GmbH, a company registered in Germany.
We are a Germany-based B2B wholesaler and procurement partner supplying solar modules, inverters, battery storage and related energy equipment. We bring international purchasing reach to businesses with work to win and commitments to deliver. Our customers range from specialist installers and independent distributors to EPCs, developers and major procurement teams.
A bigger buying operation, within reach
An ambitious business can outgrow its familiar supply routes surprisingly quickly. One additional contract introduces a new equipment requirement. A larger order changes the exposure to price and timing. A customer asks for delivery in a country where the purchasing team has never traded.
We built BMG around a question: why should every growing company have to create an international procurement department of its own?
Our answer brings together supplier access, negotiation and the practical work of moving equipment across markets. We buy through manufacturers, distribution partners and the wider trade, choosing the route around the requirement. A routine replenishment order benefits from that reach just as a difficult sourcing assignment does.
For our customers, the advantage is more purchasing options, with people who can turn a promising offer into an agreed purchase.
The next contract changes the conversation
When a regional installer approached us with its first programme of twelve retail rooftops, its purchasing arrangements still reflected a business delivering one site at a time.
We brought all twelve sites into one negotiation, securing prices that reflected the full programme and agreeing staged releases with our supply partners. The installer could buy at the scale of its new contract while receiving equipment in step with the work. Its project managers could see what had been secured, what was due next and where a decision was still needed.
That is the kind of progress we enjoy: helping a business become capable of taking on more.
Good trade puts equipment to work
The same commercial imagination serves the supply side of the market. Stock left after a project changes may be exactly what another business needs. A manufacturer with a strong product may need a route to buyers beyond its established territory. A distributor may have the inventory and want to recover the freedom to invest elsewhere.
We purchase, source and place equipment across these different circumstances. Understanding why stock is available helps us negotiate intelligently; understanding who can use it gives the transaction a purpose. Our customers and suppliers often exchange roles as their businesses develop.
Founded with a longer relationship in mind
Victor Cantareli, Richard Jankiewicz and Stanislaw Spychala founded BMG in April 2025 after working together in the solar industry. They shared a conviction that a commercially ambitious wholesaler could keep its decision-makers close to its customers.
That remains a deliberate choice. The people developing a relationship stay involved as orders become larger, requirements become more complicated and new opportunities emerge. Knowledge accumulates: the equipment a customer prefers, the promises behind a delivery date, the way its business earns its margin.
BMG means Build More Green. Our next chapter follows the changing needs of the businesses doing that work, as solar increasingly forms part of wider investment in storage, charging and electrification. We intend to make those purchasing programmes easier to bring together, and to remain a team our customers know by name.
