Help & Support
Find the next step.
An order to locate. A delivery to put right. A product question that needs the manufacturer's expertise. Start with what you need to resolve and we will point you towards the people and information that can help.
Report wrong, missing or damaged goods
Contact your BMG order contact promptly. Include your order reference, the affected products and quantities, photographs and a copy of the delivery note. If you notice damage or a discrepancy when the goods arrive, record it on the delivery document and follow the agreed carrier notification procedure too.
Keep the packaging and product labels while the issue is investigated. If something is wrong with the goods supplied, speak to us before installing them or arranging a return.
Check an order or delivery
For an update on stock release, dispatch, collection or arrival, contact the person handling your order. Your order reference, destination and planned date help us identify the arrangement quickly.
Tell us if access, receiving capacity or the site programme has changed. Those details may affect the next movement of the equipment.
Find product documents or technical support
Our manufacturer directory connects you with manuals, technical assistance and warranty procedures. Start there for a product fault, a commissioning question or a document needed by your installation team.
If the manufacturer's warranty procedure requires you to contact BMG as your seller, or a manufacturer case for equipment bought through BMG is not progressing, the Product Support page explains when and how to involve us.
Discuss your account, quotation or payment
Contact your BMG commercial contact with your business name and the relevant order or quotation reference. We can help clarify the agreed arrangement and discuss a change before it affects the purchase.
For a new equipment requirement, send us a sourcing enquiry.
